Once the trial ends, you can continue the service for $3.99 a month plus tax. You can subscribe for a free trial of OnStar Family Link online.

“The day your children start driving is a dream come true for them, but it can be a nightmare for a concerned parent,” said Luciana Chamberlain, Family Link product marketing manager for Chevrolet. “OnStar Family Link can help minimize a parent’s anxiety by letting them know when their child has arrived at school, left a friend’s house or traveled outside of their comfort zone.”

Coupled with Chevrolet's Teen Driver Technology, the OnStar Family Link can help parents manage and mentor their teen's driving habits even when they're not in the vehicle. Teen Driver works by allowing parents to set radio volume limits, create speed warnings, limit the top speed of the vehicle to 85 mph, and more. Parents can then review the Teen Driver Report Card which tallies all of the information on their child's trips in the vehicle, including distance driven, over-speed warnings, and forward collision alerts among many others. Teen Driver is available on a number of  2017 Chevrolet models, reach out to our friendly sales staff to find out which vehicle with Teen Driver are available at our dealership.
