The Chevrolet Trax is Making Big Tracks in the Subcompact Crossover Market

DURAND, Mich.–– Chevrolet first announced in 2014 that the Chevrolet Trax would be a new model. While there were already some competitors doing well in the subcompact market like it's best-selling cousin the Buick Encore, the Chevy Trax entered the pool in 2015. As we see different demographics gravitate towards this fast-growing segment, we also see the Chevrolet Trax is making big tracks in the subcompact crossover market and will continue to make tracks with a refreshed look for 2017.

The Chevrolet Trax has already done well in the market with sales of 63,303 units in its first full year on the market, 2015, but should see even more sales in 2017 thanks to its renewal.
